There are a lot of misconceptions about what Hypnosis can and cannot do.  All you need to do is perform a quick internet search and you’ll have millions of search engine results.

I’d like to focus on what Hypnosis can do and do well (as long as the Hypnotherapist is qualified). There are too many out there trained by YouTube or by reading articles on Google.

Please take the time to properly research with whom you are dealing. Know their credentials, certifications, and accreditations. Anyone offering you huge promises at “cheap” prices should be walked away from.
